Refund Policy

1. Change of Mind

We offer a 30-day return window for change-of-mind purchases under these conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping is at your expense.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under the ACL.

A refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued once the returned item is inspected and accepted.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer:

  • A repair, replacement, or refund as per your consumer rights.

  • Reimbursement of any return postage costs, if applicable.

You must provide proof of purchase and (if requested) evidence of the fault (e.g., photos or video).​

4. How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at admin@renegadeoutfitters.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or details if the item is faulty or incorrect

We’ll provide return instructions and support.

5. Your Rights Under the ACL

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
